Meet Your Teacher

Performer. Educator. Storyteller. Tracey brings a rare combination of world-class performance experience and genuine passion for teaching to every single lesson.

Tracey's career began on some of the most prestigious stages in the country — as a soloist with the United States Air Force Band, Tracey performed in over 1000 live concerts for stage and TV. She toured throughout the United States and Canada, performing for the American public, the President of the United States, and the U.S. military. She recorded four nationally acclaimed albums and built a reputation as a vocalist of exceptional range and artistry.

After her military career, Tracey channeled that experience into education. She directed a Performing Arts studio in Rockford, Michigan, where she taught over 500 students> In 2018 Tracey received her Masters in Vocal Pedagogy from the prestigious Shenandoah University.  She then moved to Washington D.C. and Maryland as a private school music instructor working with students of all ages — including outreach work with the Gay Men's Chorus. She later served as an Associate Professor of Voice at a A.M.D.A. College in Los Angeles, and went on to teach internationally in Mexico, where she founded a Playa Community Theatre and produced a full-scale production.

Now rooted back in Michigan Tracey is home — and more energized than ever to help students at every level find their voice, own their sound, and rise to the next level. Whether you're just starting out or ready to perform professionally, you're in exactly the right place.

Teaching Philosophy

Technique That Serves the Music

"I don't teach students to sing like someone else. I teach them to sing like themselves — only better."

Student-centered learning

Every lesson is built around your goals, your voice, and the music you love. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here.

Contemporary technique

We focus on the vocal skills that matter for today's music — mix voice, belting, stylistic flexibility, and authentic expression.

Confidence first

Before technique comes trust. A safe, encouraging environment is the foundation for every breakthrough moment.
